Frequently Asked Questions
Why is my total time higher than Strava?
rslts.run uses elapsed time — the full duration from when you started your activity to when you stopped, including any time your watch was paused. Most platforms report total recording time, which excludes paused time, so their totals appear lower.
What is moving time?
Moving time tracks only the time you were actually running or moving, derived from your activity’s GPS data. This is especially useful for long runs with stoplights and intersections — you can let the watch run through stops and still see what pace you actually ran, while the elapsed time captures the full picture including breaks.
