How to Connect Amazfit & Coros Watches

Coros and Amazfit don't have a direct integration with rslts.run, so we use intervals.icu as a bridge to sync your workout data.

Step 1: Create an intervals.icu account

Go to intervals.icu and create a free account if you don’t already have one. intervals.icu is the service that connects your watch to rslts.run.

Step 2: Connect your watch to intervals.icu

In intervals.icu, navigate to Settings → Connections → Apps. You’ll see a grid of platforms you can connect to, including Coros and Amazfit.

Connecting Coros

Find the Coros card and check Download activities. A Coros Account Login screen will appear. Enter your Coros email and password, check both boxes to agree to the Privacy Policy and grant third-party access, then click Authorize to login.

After authorizing, confirm your Coros settings match the screenshot below — Download activities and Download wellness data should both be checked, and Upload planned workouts should be unchecked.

Connecting Amazfit

Find the Amazfit card and check Download activities. An authorization screen will appear asking intervals.icu to access your Zepp/Amazfit account. Grant read access to Profile, Activity data, Sleep Data, and Real-time data. You do not need to grant write access — the Sync Training Plan section can be left as shown.

After authorizing, confirm your Amazfit settings match the screenshot below — Download activities and Download wellness data should both be checked, and Upload planned workouts should be unchecked.

Step 3: Connect rslts.run to intervals.icu

Click your account name in the top right of rslts.run and select Connected Platforms from the dropdown.

Open the account menu and select Connected Platforms

On the Connected Platforms page, click Connect intervals.icu.

Click Connect intervals.icu to begin the authorization flow

An authorization screen will appear asking rslts.run to access your intervals.icu account. Ensure Read is checked for both Activities and Wellness Data, then click OK. Leave the Update checkboxes unchecked — rslts.run only needs to read your data.

Grant read access for Activities and Wellness Data, then click OK

Once connected, your Coros or Amazfit workouts will sync through intervals.icu to rslts.run automatically.
