How to Connect Polar Watches
Polar has a direct integration with rslts.run — no third-party bridge required. You'll authorize rslts.run through your Polar account.
Step 1: Open Connected Platforms
Click your account name in the top right of rslts.run and select Connected Platforms from the dropdown.
On the Connected Platforms page, click Connect Polar.
Step 2: Sign in to your Polar account
A Polar sign-in screen will appear. Enter your Polar account email and password, then click Sign in.
Once signed in, Polar will complete the authorization and your workouts will sync automatically to rslts.run.
