Hosting a Meet
A complete walkthrough of setting up and running a meet from start to finish.
Hosting a Meet
A meet in rslts.run is a container for your participants, events, divisions, and results. The typical setup flow before race day:
- Create your meet and set visibility to public or private.
- Add participants — manually or by CSV import.
- Create events for each race or field discipline.
- Generate divisions to group participants for scoring.
- Add volunteer accounts for officials and helpers.
On race day, navigate into an event to start timing or recording field results. Results publish immediately and are visible on the public results page as they come in.
